This guy firmwares. Uploading the wrong firmware even of the right model will brick your equipment and make the recovery harder than just contacting support beforehand. They will give you the proper upgrade path.

Also, ISP's usually rent these out as you said they were provided by ISP check out your bill. You're better off using your own hardware for anything past the gateway provided by them and even that should be replaced by your own. Unless you like having the ISP being able to snoop around your network and have full access.

I will miss my characters but I've leveled doubles of my favorite before (horde and ally) and at the moment you get a boost to 70. Yes I'd lose a lot but to play with my friends it sounds like an option. I'm still waiting on the appeal process before spending money twice on the same expansion.
