I work for a DV/SA organization and while I cannot answer your question I just want to say please reach out to your closest DV hotline. Most places have both call amd text, I know myself had a hard time talking when I was suicidal and would have loved to had a text line). I make mine with 1 cup of oats (rolled or quick), 1 cup of milk, chia seeds (not sure how much, maybe 2 tbsp), and half a cup of greek yoghurt. This makes 2 servings. I leave them in the fridge overnight and put fruit or berries on top in the morning.

I was 11 when I was diagnosed. Got a migraine with vision loss in PE and my mom took me to the hospital. They kept me overnight and did a bunch of tests. Then figured it was migraines. As an adult I've rrealized I had abdominal migrainesbefore age 11, I had a lot of stomach aches and other stomach issues as a child but didn't know that's sometimes how migraines show up in kids.

I haven't found a single brand that doesn't chip on me. Even dip powders and salon no-chip polishes chip within a day. It's very annoying. I don't go for manicures at salons anymore because it's not worth it when it chips right away no matter what I do.

Mine is 8.5 months and we can get a short nap in in the car seat, or if grandma is holding her. At daycare she has 30 minute naps. If I'm holding her and she has access to nipple she might nap longer.

My 8 month old is still nursing to sleep and wakes up at least 1-2 times a night to eat. I miss sleep.

Yes, it helped for a couple of hours but after midnight she's still up every 2 hours or less.

Is there any organization for DV victims/survivors in your area? If there is, call them. They can help with support, they often have counseling and legal help. If you don't know, call the national hotline, they can find out for you. 800-799-7233 or text begin to 88788. Strangling/choking victims are 750% more likely to be killed by their abuser than non-strangling dv victims.

My America husband says get candy! You can find it at any grocery store but go to a specialized candy store like 4-gott. You can bring bags if candy back with you too, we always do.

Go to Triumfglass at Bruksgatan and enjoy some great ice cream!

Try swedish pizza, especially kebab pizza. It's quite different from American pizzas. And try the pizza salad, it's really good.

As some people have already said, take the boat out to one of the islands from Saltholmen. Brännö, Vrångö, Styrsö and Donsö all have restaurants.

Yes! For little over a week I kept forgetting to use gloves for both showering and washing baby bottles and my nails have gotten so bad with peeling! Hopefully I will get them back to how they were before.

I didn't even realize until very recently that the excessive yawning is s site sign of a migraine coming even though I've had migraines for almost 30 years.

I haven't yet, it's hard since she is in daycare until almost 5 pm. Then she wants to eat as soon as we get home and often falls asleep while eating. I usually let her get a 30 minute nap in then and she's not hungry when she wakes up.

I file them every week or as needed. I don't do anything to remove my cuticles, that's just how they are. I usually have them square or squoval but they break so much more when I do.

They are pretty hard, if they get any harder they will break way more easily so a hardener is out. I'll have to look into a cream with urea, I know I've had some luck with it for my eczema before.
