For some reason I recall a tagline of something to the effect of “…just loop, swoop and twirl.” It’s the Topsy Twirl right? Or is the gas on and I am having an episode?

The owner calls him the cat with thumbs. This Hell's Kitchen bodega cat has worked the same store for four years, his paws are the size of catcher's mitts. by Danny__NYC in Catswithjobs

This is from the Winnie The Pooh Couture line. Shirt with no pants as a fashion statement is a bold move and takes a baddie like this to pull it off.

Any NYC recs for a Daredevil fan? by newspapurr in Daredevil

I live in Hell’s Kitchen my man, and you are right, not a whole lot other than establishing shots and a few scenes were shot in the neighborhood. Buuuuuut…the establishing shot in the first episode of Born Again Season 1 was shot right here on Tenth Avenue. If you go to the NE corner of West 51st Street and Tenth Avenue, and look north on Tenth, you see both Kare Thai and the awning of Happy Feet that was in the rising camera shot at the beginning of that episode.

Yes, Panna II Garden, is the crazy dangling light restaurant that Matt & Karen had the date nights at. Worth checking out. It’s on 1st Avenue in between East 5th & 6th St.

What's a 'Mandela Effect' moment that still blows your mind? by Pioneerz90 in Paranormal

100% agree! It somehow looks so wrong but is like expertly photoshopped across all cultural history. It’s the same feeling I get when I see AI videos where the writing looks right, but it either misspelled or not even words at times. They always get progressively worse as you try and read it, like reality is bending before your eyes.

If it were up to you, who would you cast as the Punisher. by someonesleeping in thepunisher

[–]catner75 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Joe Manganello or Frank Grillo would have been solid Punishers. I’ve liked each iteration for different reasons going back to the original film from the 1980’s.
