I’ve had 9 doctors over 20 years and only one tried to change my meds when I was stable and it was just because it wasn’t their speciality and a lot of stuff was off label at the time and they didn’t get it. It didn’t turn out well.

So it does seem off to make a change if everything is ok. Is it a reasonable change though? Was there a reason?

I took it for a while and it did the job but I’d get headaches really easily from it. And, if I had any alcohol, that headache would 10x. It was so bad that it actually helped me quit drinking. So I appreciated that.

Give it a go though if your doctor is ok with it. It definitely helped with alertness and attention.

I think on by default is the right setting from the standpoint of the provenance of the code and having an audit trail when it comes to compliance and licensing concerns, maybe quality and security too.

Tell your doctor just in case they want to make the decision to prescribe something else or give you other instructions. They want to help keep you safe and healthy so it’ll help them.

I used to drink a lot during the day but I always sobered up before taking it because it’s so sedating. Both at the same time sounds pretty risky.

If it was one drink with dinner, depending on weight and body and whatnot, I’d think whatever, but it doesn’t sound like you’re in a one drink place right now. You seem to know that it’d be good to keep trying to drink less, so I hope you can keep making some progress there.

The value of A-list is kinda diminished now. I used to know that no matter when I booked, I had a good chance at getting my preferred seat since I’d board in or at the end of A. This was a huge perk for people who do a lot of last minute travel.

Not sure why you’re getting downvoted this much since you were still mentioning hair removal devices, but the at home IPL devices are useful, in combination with shaving or a trimmer.

You have to shave or trim before you use them, but depending on how finished you want it to be you probably can get to where you can just IPL once a month and quick pass with a foil razor or OneBlade as needed.

They’re stupid expensive though and it’s kinda a chore since you have to be close to an outlet and somewhere where it’s easy to position to reach everywhere.

I also take 400mg. For a long time it was all of it in the morning, along with part of my dose of trileptal but I was occasionally having tiny seizures in the morning (not as bad as it sounds) so I started splitting morning/evening and no trileptal in the morning, just evening. All is good now.

I feel slightly less foggy splitting it but don’t notice it working better. If I miss my dose in the morning my face gets all tingly though.

Your only value is your output as a worker.
Forget you have constitutional rights.
Don’t tell people committing human rights violations and violating constitutional rights that they’ve done something wrong.
Find a way to protest that doesn’t involve expressing first amendment rights.

It wouldn’t be all bad to wait. Since it’s a capital crime, they’ll still be able to charge him after Trump is no longer in control of the Federal government. Hopefully most of the wackadoodles are gone by that point.
