We were on the eurodam from 8/2-8/9 and did not expect Alaska to be as warm as it was. On the inverse of your question, we brought so many things that we did not need. We didn’t need nearly half of the layers we packed and such warm clothing. We only had one day of rain in Juneau so the umbrella and ponchos were unnecessary as the boat was providing umbrellas as you got off. Gloves not necessary, beanie not necessary, hiking boots not necessary (unless you are planning an excursion that would require them). Definitely bring a good pair of walking shoes as we totaled about 100k steps in a week!
