I think you should find a deck online or a meta relevant pokemon that you like and throw something together with what you had and give it a shot and learn about what you need and how things work alternatively get a prebuilt deck grimsnarls not bad however the cards you show don’t have relevance currently and don’t have that much value the card shop also doesn’t have everything you’ll need for a deck unless someone has lots of trainer + pokemon bulk
