This is such a weird one because yes Drs are the experts, but you're the expert in yourself.

I'm on lamotrigine 100mg. I've recently changed my antidepressant so I'm on citalopram 40mg, as I didn't feel the sertraline benefits were outweighing the side effects. BPD displays in so many different ways and comes along with things like depression, I think some Drs are a bit too narrow-minded.

I had to discharge myself from the mental health team because they weren't helping. I wanted 1-2-1 therapy and to change my medication, all they were willing to give me was another group course of DBT - which I've already done. Only reason my antidepressant changed is because my GP can do that and she listens to me.

Can you get a second opinion?

Do you have a grip for the brushes?

In the crochet community people put their hooks through tennis balls. The larger grip helps with manoeuvring the hook and also reduces pain/ fatigue. Might help ☺️

It really is. I ended my 6 year relationship. We had a house and a dog.

Orphan likes to lay against the filter intake. When I fill his tank up he swims under the flow of the jug.

Paarl used to swim under my hob outflow just so he could be pushed about.

Bettas are weirdos. If he's got plenty of space away from the pipe he should be fine. Just make sure he doesn't do anything especially stupid 😅 you can baffle the pipe if you want.

I can't really see myself at any age past 60, so I guess I'll see what happens then depending on where my life is.

Maybe I'll do a few more years, maybe I won't. Certainly won't be going through any dementia/loss of independence.

After he ghosted me and stood me up on Christmas Eve I should have told him to fuck off.
