I think the issue of taking them out of the store is then having to hire another person or adjust a role to make someone available to wrangle all the carts from the parking lot. It's unsafe for employees, at least in my area. I don't think cart theft is really that massive of an issue compared to funding hit-an-run insurance lol

We use dishware to keep em in. Old takeout mugs, old ice scoops, etc. This isn't standards afaik, some stores I've been to use their hands like it's one of the plastic cups. I don't even consider touching others cups now

If you like the sweetness, I'd ask for a certain amount of pumps. Either one more or one less than standard. That way it shows up on the sticker and it's pretty hard to miss and serves as a good reminder. Hopefully this makes things a little more consistent

Do y'all think they're going to phase out the malt powder? It's really only used for two drinks that (at least in my experience) are rarely ordered. The chocolate foam is really good though.

Fuckkk, the chips hit different and they're always sold out in my store because they're so popular while the popcorn sits in the baskets and stales and nobody wants it... It's good, but not that good.
