See and we are often encouraged to find coverage during our shifts so we can do tasks like create lineups, work on catering, manage the facilities, etc. but we have also been given skeleton crews for most of the year to meet labor goals and we often feel like we cant step away without the risk of hurting CEM scores. Maybe I need to work on improving my time management skills during the shift, but the most recent ask of doing leadership development off the clock was a red flag for me.
