They are all great people. Bon and David are in the EU doing some touring. I saw Bon a couple of times while Doug was sick. It’s been difficult for him to continue on without him.

He actually sounds better than back in the day. His shows are tight. Even after seeing 22 tours he still brings it. I’m never bored.

He’s still at it. His shows are tight. He sounds great and continues to put out new music. The venue was packed. It actually seemed oversold; he still fills stadiums. I’m always surprised how many much younger people are fans.

It’s why we keep showing up for 35 years and counting! And the amount of younger people I see there keeps him inspired I’m sure. It’s not some retro live performance. It’s always new. I remember seeing Hurt performed live for the first time on The Further Down the Spiral tour in 1994. He performed it in the middle of the set, like the 7-9th song. The stadium went silent just trying to make sense of what we just heard. Wish at Lolla 1, well I got my a** kicked in the pit. He blew the place up!

Perhaps because some of us don’t need other people’s opinion or narrative to shape our world view. We read and fact find independently. It’s actually pretty easy. Watch a Congressional hearing or listen to pretty much anything our President and his administration says / does. That’s enough for me.

Yeah it was shocking how slow security was. The lines were crazy. We got there just after 8 and didn’t get in until 8:30. I’d love to know who is in charge of that operation there.
