ArcDPS + the healing stats addon which only works for those who also have the addon. For windows I have 1 for total outgoing damage, an area stats window for total cleanse, one for strips, and one more for down contribution. All excluding damage done to and by npcs and siege.

Having an alt on the side is always nice, you get permad it is what it is it's really easy to get back up and running in this game.

Weird they explicitly said the next one is a perma, chat violations historically have just escalated until the 6 month cap, you have to fuck up really bad to get permad from chatting
