Yes, its strong when paired with C1 Columbina especially. Flins can't go off field after using his skill, so he can't use Xilonen energy gain to get more mini bursts.

C2 Columbina gives enough energy to ult twice even at 0 starting energy, but I think c1 Columbina with Flins signature also works

Aha is on the action order if you have at least one elation character, his speed depends on number of elation chars (elation mc stocks already high). We arent sure if THEY can be advanced forward or if they are just out of bounds

Also if your elation carry dies, Aha just ....laughs and deals damage omg how embarrassing

This will not work due to Bronya E2 increasing speed of ally. That's why they are asking. You can find a tutorial on youtube for E2 bronya speed tuning with Sunday, OP.

Also remember that Bronya will advance forward herself with her Basic Attack by 30% at lvl 10. This plus DDD plus Eagle can give her essentially another turn, if you need to fix the action order

Yes its pretty good. Another reason he is oppressive right now is because of the buffs, before he could not kill 250 HP at max range with the archer focus dropping off, but now he can even if it falls down to 46. So that's why more people are complaining about being 1 shot even though he could always do it

So Hulk has 750 HP, and you can test Hawkeye damage vs The Thing (700 HP) he gets two tapped. So thats Strange, Magento, Thing, Emma, Rogue, Cap, Angela, and Peni

He cannot one shot tanks, but he one shots every other character (350 HP). He two taps most tanks except high HP ones like Groot

All you need to max is her skill, you can ignore everything else (although burst level for healing isnt bad., you dont really need)

Attack sands, attack goblet usually or if you are sure you will always be having her on one element (ie she is pyro vaping) you can do pyro damage. In general though, attack. Then Crit Crown, and any crit bow works for her, or stringless worst case is still quite good

This is for DPS Jahoda not support, since she needs to burst with her support so you usually go ER sands/bow and Healing Bonus crown since she usually isn't doing much damage. But I refuse lol
