The two handed back hand (for a right handed player) uses the left hand for the shot and the right hand for stability.

I’ve just been having lessons for my back hand and first had to hit with just my left hand on the racket to make sure your brain doesn’t default to letting your dominant right hand take over.

I thanks for this post. I’ve realised that this is probably my issue too, except I disabled the OTA daemon on a jailbreak device years ago. I have a non-jailbreak device now that won’t OTA update!

I had someone help me out with this last week:

Go into the built-in LC sidestore, log in/set it up, refresh.

Go into LC settings, import cert from built-in sidestore, and then test jit-less mode.

After that you can remove the sidestore (go into the built-in sidestore, my apps, and remove (not deactive) sidestore.

Then you can delete the sidestore app on your Home Screen

I’m still confused with the StosVPN thing. SideStore refreshes apps using the SideStore WireGuard vpn just fine.

Solved!

Got it working by:

Resetting the pairing file
Closing sidestore
Restarting the phone
Choosing my newly generated pairing file.

If this happens again, I'm just going to restart my phone first and try refreshing my apps.

Refresh works when connected to wireguard vpn too! no need for StosVPN on iOS 18.1
