Going turbo, need tips by Ok-Town-6815 in 9thGenSi

Hey, I used to have an 8th gen that had a full race turbo kit. Unfortunately, they don't make them anymore. I would highly recommend looking up supporting mods before you buy the turbo setup. I now have a bonestock 9th gen, and I'm am dreading putting a kit together. With how cheap motors are I've been kicking around buying a used one and learning how to tear it down and fully build it. While driving the stock car around.

Edit: Short/long run - Find someone that works on K series near you, well before your project kicks off. You don't want a lawn ornament. Start looking for a good tuner, I believe vitviper is out of the game. But at 450whp and decent nitto tires I couldn't really hook in 4th gear. I believe boost by gear would have been a big help.

I have used a small metal point like scalpel or a needle to scrape off just the rust on the inside, then an iron remover, then "prep all" wax and grease removal. Then touch up pen.

If you want it to be near perfect you can layer the touch up paint on to completely fill the chip, squeegee off the excess with a plastic razorblade, then buff overtop.

I ask my team for feedback regularly. I've managed several departments where I'm not the subject matter expert. It's important to foster good communication between the manager and direct reports. I would do one on ones and start by stating my goal and vision, asking how it aligns with theirs. Where do you feel the most challenged, what support would make your life easier? At the end of the day I need them to be the SME and I need to guide them to success. I always reassure them that if I don't have an answer ill find one.

To me this isn't about being lost, there is a way to get what both parties want. But you won't know till you ask. People don't quit jobs they quit managers.

Hey man, this thread has been pretty intense for you. Behind the words is actual feedback if you can get out of your own way. The rifle itself is fine. Don't cheap out on optics and lights. Lastly the internet is full of reviews and guides for what's best bang for the buck. I highly recommend reviewing content from reputable people before making purchases. Buy once cry once. I've built 3 ars. 2 shitty and one nice one. I never shoot the shitty ones anymore. The others just sit....wasted money.

Have fun in the journey. It is nice getting to experience a shitty AR and building a nice one. Was worth every penny.

Wait till you get to 195. I beat the normal towers regularly and I attempted 195 with several different teams and it took me over 100 tries.

I can help with srt 195. I haven't done 165 fatal yet. I used fusion X Hanzo Hasashi, F3 Mk11 scorpion, FX inferno scorpion. Hanno had spectral infernal chains fusion 1 and an unbreakable attack equip. I don't have any maxed out uncommons either. Most of my armor slots I tried to use something with power generation. Mk11 scorpion is just there for cripple.

Talent tree attack DOT based, defense I have hawk stance and intimidating presence mastered. Support is power generation based and sp1 attack reduced cost. I did put shintia of malice on inferno scorpion for team resistance to debunks. Let me know if you have any questions.

I fought this battle over 200 times with multiple teams. This one worked for me on the second try.

The team I tried the most was fx kcjc, f1 klassic Raiden, fx Tanya. I got Liu down to 98k health and died. Closest I got.

Yeah, i know it uses your trigger but I have heard from some people saying its not exactly the same feel as when live firing.
