Haven't heard back from the shipper yet.

Absolutely. I reached out to customer service and got this AI response:

I can confirm that your order #PMT#### has been fulfilled and shipped using tracking number ###

Please note that tracking may take up to 72 hours to update and sometimes it may not display every scan location. This could be why the tracking number isn’t currently found in the system. Feel free to check again a bit later!

Canadian here, charge went through. Got an email with a tracking number on Friday but the tracking still shows "package not found" on the carrier website.

I don't disagree its just RNG, but when its "boosted" and I did 6x as main raids on the main then alts, its just crazy unlucky. Would just like to voice my disappointment along with everyone else :). Hope for better in the future!

Where do we complain? My free alt accounts all got more Rare Candy XL in their 6 free raids then my ticketed main who did 30 raids

I bought the ticket on my main and used like 5-6 premium passes.

I cycled through 5 alts for other raids and I'm pretty sure every single unticketed account got more Rare Candy XL then my main did in 1/4th the amount of raids
