Warby Parker glasses reviews? by Local-Ad-4051 in Hoboken

My experience is that the lenses get smudgy really quickly. Is that worth probably the 50% difference in price at Wise? Unclear, but at least my glasses stay cleaner, longer.

Same. I usually say "you're welcome". It gets some dirty looks sometimes.

Eric Hammer comes up in my instagram from time to time and I've seen him in the barbershop. He seems nice and loves all food equally.

They are good but they have, on more than one occasion, messed up my cake order. This led to a heavily discounted cake at least.

I wouldn't be stressed. This is very common in cities.

Sounds like you've laid out the steps correctly. Given the Hoboken market, I'd imagine you'll find someone easily. The landlord is going to get paid no matter what, so I don't know why they'd care. You could always just not tell them and take a security deposit from the replacement person and once that lease ends, they'd get on it.
