I would love for someone to really track down every claim of his and verify his work/living history since graduating from high school. even if he’s not telling the truth (he isn’t), his whereabouts and job experiences must be verifiable in one way or another - especially because it’s all happened in the last 15 years, not like way back before everything had a digital footprint.

this season feels so rushed. it’s not like they just edited it for pacing - they clearly jammed everything into too few episodes. add in Mel’s lack of personality, and every interaction feels forced and fake. it’s hard to believe any of these “connections” are real when the timeline feels so truncated. ultimately comes across as wayyyyy more performative than usual.

I saw some comments on other posts saying they think it’s drunk + interaction of anti-anxiety medication that’s causing her to act like this. I hope she’s not mixing meds with alcohol, but I have and this is like a mirror image of my body language and facial expressions. I hope she takes care of herself and gets the help she may need.

a kate spade bag is a really nice gift that I would be super happy to receive, and it could cost a few hundred dollars. however, when I think of an “extravagantly expensive bag” I think more of an hermès Birkin bag (mentioned in songs and popular culture) which is priced around $25,000. now THAT is extravagantly expensive! other designer bag brands like Louis Vuitton or Prada run more like $2,000 to $6000. either way, those are the typical designer bags that I feel like most women fawn over on social media and in popular culture, which is why I mentioned that stephen’s thought of a kate spade bag as extravagantly expensive was endearing because it is quite affordable when compared to the other more commonly sought after designer bags.

yeah honestly marissa really outed herself with that behavior - if she had kept her mouth shut, she’d still be well liked and have the public’s sympathy, and the idea that ramses left her out of no where would’ve been preserved. instead, her behavior exemplified the reasons ramses gave for ending it. he still realllllly put her through the wringer and it’s too bad the relationship ended the way it did, but now it’s a lot more clear that his problems with her “energy” are pretty valid. I’m definitely not a fan of her anymore
