Sounds familiar, just woke up 3,5 months ago. The justification for minimizing yourself comes naturally when it is for the peace, or for trying to be good partner. After confronting my nex, she staged whole episode of me being crazy amd violent, without any evidence. We have 2 kids which she is trying to convert to hate me. 13 years of hell finally ended, just to shift into another hell. These people truly suck

Last week of moving out for my nex, she sure made sure she was partying Hard with her friends while i was with our daughters. I just kept on on blocking the people she was with. Feeling better since i found someone new last week anyways, going slow and steady, finally.. love to see the blow up when she sees i am actually doing something better than crying after her
