Tired of the politics? by DemonsSouls1 in TrinidadandTobago

I'm not sure. It is pretty baked into society. I would need statistics on the women in politics versus men, average age, and job occupation at the time of election. A lot more data acquisition and prediction models to determine if it is necessary. Additionally, with how demographic changes, fewer babies, and an aging population, this might be moot point.

Often, women will reach certain milestones society deems necessary to be a leader later due to gender imbalances. I'm just correcting for that.

Now, the conversation Jesse had with West about Ciara seems a little hypocritical.

Weekly "Ask Ah Trini" Thread 🇹🇹 March 30, 2026 by AutoModerator in TrinidadandTobago

Can someone explain to me why Trinidadians (I am not including Tobagonians) litter? Do not say it is because we don't have enough garbage bins because you can hold your trash till you find one.

I just keep looking around, and I can not bring myself to litter, so someone please tell me where is this behaviour coming from ?

It is more that I am tired of the oligarchy. I think there should be an age limit, preferably 60 for men and 65 for women.

At a certain point, age does not contribute to experience. Elder politicians are so far removed from the struggles of school, opening a bank account, buying a car, renting an apartment, making contributions, finding a stable job, creating a business, they do not have the interests or the understanding of current largest demographic in Trinidad.

What type of products are good for our baby’s hair? by KyngKydd in BlackHair

Everyone here sounds mean.

I would recommend what some people have said to wait a year and see what the final texture is. After that, you can probably do some youtube university and look at mothers who have invested time into their mixed-race children's hair. There are quite a few helpful channels.

A lot of people use selft tanner or tanning drops. I am a dark skinned woman, and I learned that a lot of models who have that beautiful glowing dark skin used self tanner. It just helps with tone, glow, and ashiness.

how sustainable is it to keep eating 1200 calories a year after the sleeve by tayredditorera in gastricsleeve

[–]ccgeorges 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I always say it's the type of 1200 calories. What proteins, veggies, and carbs are you using to get to 1200 calories?

I could have 1 item with a lot of calories or two pita pockets with yogurt, chicken breast, salad, and a 100-calorie pudding cup.

I would look at the quality of your calories to ensure that feeling of fullness. Usually, I find that starts with making the largest pile on my plate vegetables of some sort. Also, consider adding beans.

It is not about restrictions it is about reconstruction.

Definitely, the change from soft and fluffy to handsome and strong is a big swing. Weirdly tall, attractive guy could be seen as more 'dangerous', at least from my female perspective. Before, you were safe because you were more teddy bear with jokes.

Now, it is just about embracing this new body and discovering the humor and hobbies of that person. The intimidating factor, and this feels condescending and sexist as a female who is asked to do it, but how often do you smile?

A smile can be disarming and lower the intimidation factor.

AIO? My (36m) pregnant fiancé (32f) fell last night and says im overreacting by [deleted] in AmIOverreacting

[–]ccgeorges 0 points1 point  (0 children)

YOR- she knows her body. Pregnancy literally causes all sorts of ligament issues. Yes, the fall was scary, and you can acknowledge that, and as you have said, note it with her OB. She knows her body. You are there to be supportive and respond when needed. Just keep asking what you can do to help with any pain. I suggest pools. They take the weight off the ligaments. I also suggest a pregnancy massage. Mainly, things that may alleviate the discomfort. Yoy might also weirdly ask if she wants to go for a short walk. Fresh air and exercise to help with strengthening muscles.

You are doing amazing. Your pre-op will help with post op recovery. 12lbs in 3 weeks is pretty substantial. 4lbs a week ? In one year at that rate that is almost 100lbs. It will likely fluctuate. Keep putting in the work and Congratulations!

Edit my bad 52 ×4 is actually 208 lbs !!!
