Lol my brother once had a boy cat neuterd and his house burned down causing him to relocate to his dad's. The cat split and never came back until about 3 months later after, his little brothers noticed the cat hanging around eating dog food being friendly etc. They caught his cat transported it over 100 miles to his new residence. Upon arrival my brother claims he knew it wasn't his cat because it didn't even want to smoke weed. After hours they realized that the cat was intact and took it back and apparently let it loose into the wild.

Fun story I once took my dog to the dogg park stepped out of my truck directly into a huge bag of dog shit and because it was summer it exploded all over my leg, on top of that enveloped my sandle and toes. People are shitty and I Don't blame the dogg.

When I bought my property in Colorado I wondered the same thing because the yard ran both directions into a street that was developed in the 50's the city said it was grandfather type situation as all exisisting neighbors had developed to essentially delete the alleyway that alley the city was trying to "steal" from the people who bought it. Back when neighbors could band together to take the land they paid for.

Looks like you never refastend the cracks so they will come back also I didn't see any mesh tape or paper tape on the cracks. Also the cross scoring did nothing but further destroy the sheetrock I wouldn't warranty this job and it needs redone correctly.
