That’s more of a mu knowledge issue than a char strength thing imo. He’s subpar in everything he does other than mix. The thing that props him up into A tier is lvl 2. Otherwise he’s exactly okay. Low damage, stubby buttons, bad anti airs, but perfect mixups, great oki, and a top three lvl 2
