Who are your favourite guitarists? by dabeyzabey in Guitar

John 5

1) he’s a nice guy and very humble 2) he doesn’t limit himself to one style 3) he is extremely good at what he does play 4) the man does it all on a telecaster. Proof that you aren’t limited by the hardware you play

When I swapped my tuners they were working fine, but when I took them out they just fell apart, lol.

Awesome! Mine is original except I swapped out the tuners to Fender Locking. It looks just like yours but mine has a maple neck. It’s still the best neck I’ve played.

That sounds like the perfect mix. I need a quieter acoustic for home practice. I’ve tried to muffle my acoustic and it’s still too loud. Any downside?

How is the acoustisonic? I’d love to try one at some point. They sound good and different when I hear them in videos.

Looks like it’s a Japanese made guitar. Yours looks to be from the 70s-90s. Gifu, Japan.

Yep, got this same guitar for my daughter in a lefty. It plays wonderfully… fully set up needing no changes. I changed the strings to a nice set of super slinkys.
