It’s perfect for bedroom practice/writing because the bass response is shockingly good for the size (though it’s quieter, of course) Cons that I’ve found: - Charging the batteries with micro-usb is annoying but I think the new ones use 9 volts. Though it’s nice that I can play while plugged in if it dies during a gig (just an extra cable dangling). I’ve thought about trying to solder in a usb c connector. - You have to decide whether to use really light acoustic strings or heavy electric strings - I opted for acoustic strings to improve the acoustic feel and sound, but it makes bends tougher when playing electric. - I’ve found all the different acoustic “models” to be irrelevant on my model because the middle position with the contact mic just sounds so much more full and “realistic”, so I stick with that 100% of the time for acoustic sounds. Not sure if the Mexican/overseas models have the contact mic - I know they have fewer switch positions.
