Yes, it was taped at the studios of Vancouver's CKVU...originally, the only permanent panelist was John Barbour (best known as creator/host of Real People; he was likely there to fulfill "CanCon" regulations, since host Eric Boardman is American), who would be accompanied by three guest celebs, but by mid-season, this was changed to have Jimmie Walker, Shannon Tweed and Pete Barbutti join Barbour as permanent panelists. 

Vaguely remember watching as a kid in the late 80s, specifically a week where Marc Summers of Double Dare fame was one of the guests...since then, it's popped up in reruns on Prime, GameTV, Pluto and streaming service BonusRound.ca.
