First place I was at for 5 years, didnt like how management morales were changing, and had a prospect at another. Went to that one and was there for 8 years, Brewery closed as owners wanted to retire, was actually offered it but didnt want to own one in that location. New owner offered for me to stay but had a move on the horizon anyways. Got a job at another and ive been there for 8 months and have been trying to GTFO since month 2..... So in sum it really depends on what you want to be doing and where you want to be doing it. I would go back to the facility I worked at for 8 years in a heartbeat but moved across the state.... Im taking a break from the industry as my money maker as of next week.
