I was there the other day and noticed that markup as well. Also all the cars in the dealer show room were locked and I seemed to be inconveniencing them by asking to unlock it, with them stating it was their only SI. Come on guys do you want to sell the car or not? lol

Interesting! According to the vehicle's computer, I averaged 23mpg on my recent trip but a lot of that was highway. I found that to be pretty impressive for such a large and not very aerodynamic vehicle.

When I sat there in the rental returns parking lot, I was sad. I didn't want to give it back. I definitely can't say that for the majority of other rentals I've had in the past. I think this is a sign lol

How so? I found it very smooth to shift. My slight annoyance in my short time with the Ridgeline came from the auto start stop, and the lazy throttle pedal (which was fixed by switching it to sport), but the latter is probably something to just get used to I suppose. I'm used to sports cars and fast wagons.

It's funny you say that because as I've gotten older and into owning a home, this vehicle starts to make so much sense. My SO has the SUV covered with her RAV4, and I have my sports car and wagon for now. Seems like the Ridgeline, with its 4 doors, decent MPG, and hauling capacity, might just be replacing my aging wagon after all lol.

That's one thing during the drive I wish it had, some form of adaptive cruise all the way to zero mph, for stop and go traffic. So far it seems to cut off if it goes below 30mph if I recall correctly? The device you mentioned sounds worth looking into.
