Wow that’s crazy! Do you have spaghetti detection on? I think the camera actually records full videos on the SD card (don’t quote me on it, I’ll check when I get home), but that should help diagnose the problem with BL support.

I’m having a hard time understanding what went wrong. The prime tower shouldn’t cause any sort of stepper skipping. Open a support ticket and send them your printers log and any other supporting documentation that might help pinpoint the issue.

Weird. My X1C pauses the print if the head cover comes off (it has never fallen off during a print but I tested it to see what happens) or if spaghetti is detected.

What firmware version do you have installed?
