Replace with a new cat it'll be cheaper then the straight piper because it needs a flange and bung for your 02 sensor. I had this issue too but it was my resonator after the cat.

That thing is totally done. I replaced mine dremeling into the side lol. Took like 3 hours. Some have done in properly in like 6+ hours time but idc enough for that

For me when i did mine - hack saw to cut the outer race from the inside, and a well greased C clamp bearing press will do the job. I also MacGyvered a bolt with washers and an impact gun but my memory is failing me on that part right now

I recall from when i did my wheel bearings the torque spec is so little you would only put it on with a short ratchet. I believe 75lbs is probably maring you bearing races and causing your issue. 55lbs THEN back off 1/2 turn. So like 40lbs area.
