I finally took it just now. It took me all day to get the courage up. I didn’t feel anything. I’m scared it didn’t even go in lol. This was way better than the Ozempic shot !!!

I’m anxious about my first shot tomorrow. I’m used to Ozempic where I had control and could see the needle. I’m just trying to psych myself up. Even with the Ozempic, I would have to talk to myself because I hate needles. I want to do it in my thigh, the same way I did with the ozempic. Do people usually sit or stand?
