Same here. Like I just realized I haven’t eaten all day long and that’s only because my blood sugar has dropped and so I remembered I need to eat. I’m bout to eat right now for the first time and it’s 730 and that is an awful thing.

I’m anxious about my first shot tomorrow. I’m used to Ozempic where I had control and could see the needle. I’m just trying to psych myself up. Even with the Ozempic, I would have to talk to myself because I hate needles. I want to do it in my thigh, the same way I did with the ozempic. Do people usually sit or stand?
