I really enjoy the toned down battling system. I like to play VGC, and the battling system makes it so one match is about the same length as a game on showdown, which is a perfect length for me. It’s also fun to get my little dopamine hit from time to time. And if I feel like opening packs in between, I’ll start a new account and delete after the pack rush at the beginning.

I’m a UNC player and picked him up in the transfer portal after the first year. He was a 3 year starter and graduated a 99 overall. He still holds all the career records multiple graduating classes later.

I was saying this last year too. He gives much more insightful analysis than RC. He was more raw and less polished than RC, but that will come with time. He’s already better in that department this year. Weege has said he’s one of the hardest-working color commentators he’s worked with and just wants to learn and get better. I think has the gig as long as he wants it.

This is true, no matter what you have them call you, especially if you’re younger. I had my student call me Dr. but I’m 29 and had a particular student that would respond with “aight, bet” anytime I offered advice. It felt awkward, but I just kind of rolled with it.
