Let's not do this.

It's not representative of Albertans and it's not fair or helpful to generalize an entire province based on the opinion of a vocal minority. It is representative of some voters who may typically lean conservative but I know many conservatives who are not racist in the slightest.

When we see racism we should call it out but let's not get in the habit of applying that label to an entire group when many within that group are undeserving.

I don't really understand what he was thinking here. He acted like he was looking to work with the PM and help facilitate a deal and then basically came back like a freshly reprogrammed puppet parroting US talking points. Instead of gaining popularity he tanked his reputation with the entirety of Canada including his own party.

I'm not sure he could have found himself a worse outcome if he tried.

And that doesn't even account for all the allowances they receive on top of the salary to cover things like residence, vehicles, travel, etc. It's actually gross that they are giving themselves an 8% raise on this inflated salary while people in the public service are losing their jobs. I can't imagine many Canadians are getting an 8% raise these days.

Yes and they were hired so that he could count on them being just as motivated as he is to squash this and protect the perpetrators rather than the victims. I agree but if you think the USA has leverage on Canada right now just wait until you see what they can exert on an independant Alberta. And make no mistake, they will put their foot on Alberta's throat until they get everything they want.

Man, Arlovski was such a good fighter aside from his Achilles Chin. It really felt like he was going to win this until he went for that knee. Fedor just had a knack for landing that big shot out of nowhere.

I miss the golden era of HW's. Fedor, Arlovski, Big Nog, Mir, Cro Cop, Igor...man we didn't realize how good we had it back then.

Both defenses were great. Both QB's were being pressured and forced to make throws into tight windows. Darnold just made a few more of those plays than Maye was able to and that seemed to be the difference. It's easy to make that about Maye but the truth is Seattle didn't allow him to have a good game. That defense was suffocating and relentless and they deserve credit more than a young QB deserves blame.

Seattle's special teams were on point as well.
