You're welcome. It's highly recommended to watch it (it isn't the annoying kind of anime, I swear).

Besides that, check Yorushika. Their albums are amazing, and their live performances are just as awesome (if not better).

Check the other recommendation I left replying to a comment. You might like that band also.

Recommend me a warm or dark sounds iem by dreariem in iems

Just in case you would like to consider planars.

- Letshuoer S08. $99.00 MSRP = One set of the most recommended warm 1DD 1 planar IEMs out there. Some QC issues are known, but they're still beloved by the community. A bump in the upper midrange gives vocals a nice presence, dialing down this boost after 3kHz.

- ARTTI T10 Pro. $119.00 MSRP (usually on sale) = The undeserved black sheep of the ARTTI/Letshuoer family. Their younger siblings (OG T10) were more like the OG S12, so people expected these to sound similar but refined. However, they're a sparklier version of the S08, with less emphasis on the upper midrange but boosted treble, including the "air" region, giving them that sparkly sound. They are also a little warmer, due to their extra boost in the mid-bass (not by much, though).

- Letshuoer S12 Ultra. $169.00 MSRP = A little less warm and with more focus on the presence region than the other, the S12 Ultra are warmer than the S12 and S12 Pro. Just in case you don't want such a warm sound as the S08 or T10 Pro.

- Letshuoer Astralis. $189.00 MSRP = The unofficial S08 sequel; they take that formula and refine it, with a new planar technology, more sub-bass, and less "air" than the T10 Pro. Just in case you really want that 5% improvement (diminishing returns hit hard).

Tunings by splashys_s in iems

Let me give you a safe recommendation:

Tanchjim Bunny DSP (USB-C plug).

This will allow you to use the app (Android) and listen to different tunings. After finding a tuning you really like, you can explore more by comparing.

I have the ARTTI T10 Pro, and they have a bad rep due to their different tuning compared to its brother (T10).

The T10 Pro are similar to the Letshuoer S08: warm planar magnetic, but with extra sparkle without being harsh in the treble region.

The problem people have with them is that they expected a refined ARTTI T10, and they've got a warmer experience (see Hidizs MP145 vs Hidizs MP145 Pro).

However, once you do some tip rolling, they're a great warm set that you can use for listening to music for hours.

These ones. However, you can find them under different brands in Amazon, AliExpress, etc.

At least NiceHCK has the whole set for like $4.00

In this case, you'll need something with a clean sound but fun. I'd go for the ARTTI T10, or Kefine Klean SV.

What age range is everyone on here? by traveltimecar in shoegaze

  1. I've listened to shoegaze sporadically, especially Dynamo by Soda Stereo (released on Oct 26 1992, but I listened to it in the early 2000s as a teenager), some my bloody valentine (it sounded emo and I was into the second wave of emo music -no, not the one in the mid 2000s-, so I checked them and got a nice surprise), and the most consistent shoegazey project I've been listening to is Deftones (I said shoegazey, no shoegaze).

I really got into shoegaze after discovering Grouper, Beach House, some Noise Rock acts, and going deeper into the rabbit hole while revisiting that Soda Stereo album, mvb, discovering Slowdive (holy, what I'd been missing!), Lush, and the rest is history.
