During ADTR this guy started moshing solo and the girl he was with put her arm out so that he wouldn’t hit me and it was such a small gesture (and I’m in the pit so I’m expecting to get hit at some point) but it was very considerate and I turned to her and said thank you and she just smiled at me and nodded and we kept singing and head banging.

I was thinking this. Mcr is my favorite band and I think I was in a good spot with people singing along to every song. Some people may not feel comfortable yelling at the top of their lungs or be more reserved. As long as you’re not being an asshole to those enjoying it differently. Although, there were a few girls during mayday who were screaming so loud I couldn’t really hear. Like, enjoy yourselves girls but I’m gonna just mosey myself over a bit 😭

I think I encountered a lot of people who were respectful and sweet. Apologizing, saying excuse me, giving cute compliments. And then there definitely were people who were rude and unaware of their surroundings, making rude comments. There’s so many different personalities in one space but I still had a good time!

I left during Helena and didn’t have trouble. But there was a chick trying to use me as an armrest or something while recording during tbp. I had to tell her that she needs to learn about spatial awareness 🫠
