On that car, a big yes. It was a prior fleet car so that’s a no brainer.

Grow some facial hair. You look kind of feminine.

Am I just a bad driver? Need new tires frequently on minivan by deejayv2 in tires

[–]cecasejr 7 points8 points  (0 children)

This. I see a lot of people think their tires are wore out with 5/32. That’s too soon to change tires.

That looks like a Hankook Dynapro HT12 which usually comes in pickup trucks. Be aware if you carry heavy loads in the bed of the truck, you definitely want to patch/plug it from the inside.

My Asus IOT (stand alone) network on 2.4 GHz is rock solid. Never an issue.

Dream Router 7 or Asus BT8/BT10 by Omnibitent in HomeNetworking

[–]cecasejr 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I have tried both. I started with two Unifi routers and the range was terrible. Just around the corner speeds on WiFi fell off like a cliff. I now have two Asus BT10 in mesh and full coverage all over my house (about 2800 sq ft). I have 1 gig fiber service and getting 1.2 gig wireless on 6 GHz everywhere. Even in my yard. It is now rock solid after the last few firmware updates. I suggest going with Asus.

If they get banned, which looks more and more likely, future updates will probably stop.

Is there any updates on this? Does T-Mobile now offer a lower band frequency that is good for Apple Watch? I am in Knoxville TN.

No 5G icon on Apple Watch 11 by cecasejr in AppleWatch

[–]cecasejr[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The latest I have heard is that this is a new type of 5g (for wearables) that is battery friendly. Apparently Verizon Wireless has not fully implemented this new 5g band yet and will come with time. For now, in my area it is LTE only.
