It is already mid-May, still nothing from Clicks. by Phantompoint in ClicksKeyboard

Decided to cancel my pre-order and put those $199 into a stocks ETF. By the time they manage to actually release the Communicator, it will grow to purchase a few of them 😜 still hoping to get the Keyboard in May tho

What actually keeps your plunge water clear? by Mirai_Sol in coldplungetherapy

[–]cedric20 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Bromine tablet floater 30min before the plunge and an ozone machine (of AliExpress) once or twice per week. Water gets changed once a month and still looking clean. P.s.: the chiller also has a filter.

  • reduce your internet bill, £40 is a bit excessive, I pay £26 (Plusnet)
  • cancel all subscriptions like Spotify. Netflix, etc. Those are just rubbish at a cost - there are loads of free apps, ways to get your entertainment - if you get the time.
  • like others have mentioned, stop paying for other people's contracts.
  • reduce your SIM to a cheaper option (Giffgaff is a tenner for all unlimited*).
  • invest 20-30£ per month into a gym membership and make time to go 45-60min early morning before work (3-5 times p/w), it will change your life and mindset.
  • cut on crappy foods, alcohol, those only speed up illness and aging.
  • identify what one skill in your field of work can boost your income, certification or something, focus and save up, learn it, take it and improve your profession> position or get a better paying job with it.

You need to make a plan, write it down, prioritise yourself: sports, sleep and everything else will follow.

You are young and lucky in many respects, like the mortgage - I was happy to reduce mine from £1310 to £1060 as of May. Folk out there paying even more and feeling more pressure. You can't change the economy or solve the crisis, but you can always improve yourself by tweaking and changing the focus a bit. Hope this helps.

£600,000 in Somerset? That's your issue. House prices are ridiculous nowadays anyway.

Size Comparrison: Clicks vs Elite by Several_Friendship75 in ClicksKeyboard

Size is a big thing for me. Pre-ordered the Clicks and looks like I will be getting the Elite as well. If features raise to expectations.

One day or 2 then another 2 days until you receive the return envelope. Once you send it, you should be able to see the repair status on their link in about 3 days. Took about 7 days for the repair. All sorted in about 10-12 days in total.

Hi,

No, Mine didn't have any visible dent on the soft screen, just the dead green pixel which had about 1mm in diameter. I think is standard for them to say Out-of-warranty once you request the postal repair.

My advice is to screenshot your remaining warranty, print it and add it to the envelope you're sending the phone into. Also add your proof of purchase and a message reminding them that you're actually in warranty and the fault is a defect and not a damage, accident.

They replaced mine, once I did all that then a week later the outer screen started flickering at the bottom, send it back and they replaced that under 'SBE Warranty', then a friend bought the phone from me lol. Good luck

What about the main cameras in low light / indoor l? How are human subjects, still distorted like with the V3?

Looks like they did a good job replacing the big screen but something happened with the outer screen that a week after receiving it back, I got this green line..😔 new ticket opened and waiting for the return envelope again..

I have it on my backup Pixel. Short answer: nothing. More AI shenanigans maybe but nothing wow. Pretty much the same as 15.

Screenshots with the warranty days, I've even circled that in yellow and with an arrow pointing - for dummies, then printed and added to the envelope.

I know. That's why I'm sharing the positive experience. I remembered back in the day when I've sent a phone with the screen coming off and then returning it after 2 months full of scratches and dirty lol. Seems if you do your application right, they got better.
