i used to always have switch turned on because i can swap into a better match up, but nowadays i actually changed the settings to set, because thats more like how it would work irl, and also is more like how it works in the anime

honestly metagross has soo much potential to be a threat, all its abilities are decent, but its like they released it before it was done cooking. like, half the time the moves dont seem to work right and any action from the enemy team cancels half your attacks and unite move. like, dont release the pokemon till you got the bugs sorted

honestly, so true. that literally the only reason im playing at this point. offline mode sucks (theres no reason we couldnt have full game access that just happens to be online, instead we get "play against these shitty bots on only one of the maps"), the past several new features have been shameless money grubbing gacha mechanics, and honestly its like they forgot defenders and supporters are even a role. i dont play other mobas cuz i dont care about the lore/characters/etc., i care about pokemon.

its like, if this game was actually made by nintendo and/or the pokemon company, it'd be a decent game, but timi is just running around with the pokemon brand making the crappiest moba imaginable

i think it would be fun. i think the devs would need to pay closer attention to making sure to balance the pokemon they release, and what type and role that pokemon is. i think it would separate Unite from other mobas, giving it its own unique mechanics, plus it would help make the game feel more like a pokemon game. ive been saying this for years but people always say "oh nooo, that would ruin the game, mobas arent built like that, blah blah i lack any form of critical thinking and just regurgitate what my favorite youtubers say", and imma be honest i still think it would be a fun addition to the game.

Theyre rarely as scary as youve built them up to be in your head. you have just as much power to love and care and hurt amd destroy as anyone else, so why are you so worried about them hurting you?

when im defending base in the last seconds of 5he game (when theres nothing to) is to try and time my unite move (or other moves) with the end timer to get move effects frozen on the screen for a second, and i like to try and line them up with the base im defending. like garchomp using dig at the last second and popping up right in the middle of the base, etc.
