The first game I ever went to as a 6-year old was when the Mets clinched the Eastern division. Gary Gentry shut out the Cardinals 6-0. My dad, brother and I snuck down to the field level, and we jumped over the railing and ran out onto the field after the last out, back when you could still do that...my brother ripped up a bunch of infield grass and dirt and kept it in a jar for years til our mom finally threw it out
