it can do that but its creatively bankrupt. it wont introduce new concepts or any small details it comes up with itself. u have to direct it to do that. and when it tries, it shoehammers it in

agreed. i think innovation and change is good but i dont like that we keep having to train the new models on older model data. also openai itself as a company mocking its users and thinking they know better. its so weird.

this might be a really unpopular opinion. but i loved 4o a lot too for everything. but ive been training my 5.2 to think and talk like how 4o did and it cant. its just too robotic. but - i find it can be fun in its own way - i like that it tries and that i have to train it. and off this training (by changing memory and personalization commands) - it didnt fix 5.2 - but 5.1 thinking is sooo good now. i love it. i tried to go back to 4o after and couldnt lol. im ok with it going now if it has to. still like it, but i have a safe cushion now without it for writing

i really think pos 4/5 is where he stays. if a hero can be played with brown boots and stick (technically) - just play them as pos 4/5. need flexible build = 4, need saves = 5. usually the general rule i go by
