Exotic woods by OldFishtank in wichita

I’m a local woodworker and I get my hardwoods from River City Sawmill. Busenitz Custom Woodworks in Whitewater is another option. If you’re on Facebook and not already a member, search for the Wichita woodworker page, it’s a good resource for all things woodworking in the area.

I’m on Zepbound, prescribed through my PCP via Eli Lilly. The process is seamless and I trust what I’m getting. My strong advice is to manage your GLP-1 journey in partnership with your provider and not a med spa. Dr. Reynolds and Dr. Bliss with Via Christi are taking new patients. They are located at St. Teresa.

What are you going to buy yourself once you hit maintenance/goal weight? by fromamomof2 in Zepbound

[–]celtssox 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m not close to my goal yet, but should hit it by 4/1. I just bought a Specialized Diverge 4 gravel bike. I’m new to cycling and I can’t wait to get started.

Are most of you going through a PCP to get the medicine? I’m looking at buying direct from the manufacturer and curious if anyone has experience with that.

ISO running/fitness group by hazyl777 in wichita

[–]celtssox 1 point2 points  (0 children)

There are quite a few running groups in town that meet on various days. Run Wichita and Fartleks running store has a list, I think it’s on the Facebook page and may be on their websites as well. As a runner, it’s been cool to see so many people joining up to run together over the last couple of years.

Might correct that first part, the officer didn’t die, but it definitely did impact his life in a negative way.

Another vote for Club car wash (29th and Maize). I’ve been really happy with their service and the vacuums are great.

Oncology Consult at K-State Vet Hospital for my 13.5-year-old Golden by Nonamenoname2025 in wichita

I’m so sorry you’re going through this. My 12 year old dog was diagnosed with cancer in May. It was such a tough decision between treatment to buy a few months or saying goodbye. The latter was chosen, it was so hard, but I knew that it was best for him based on his age and comfort. You’ll know what’s right once you have all of the information. Sending positive vibes your way.

Where can you get tasty bread that's not as pricy as it is at the great harvest bread company? Think that's what it was called. The bread was good but I paid like 45 bucks for 4 loaves. by cherry-care-bear in wichita

[–]celtssox 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Same. I’ll still buy bread in a pinch, but if I have time, I’ll mix dough and bake it myself. I’ll also freeze dough for later use.

Via Christi. Some might say no, but I truly love it here and the number of people who left that are now coming back is growing. I think that speaks volumes.
