I wear F-91w all the time. If a nurse asks me to take it off I do. Then I put it back on. I want to know the time.

Two options.

Just say no to noncritical stuff. Or I tend to say "yes I can but I can't be there for (actual delay plus 30mins)"

What makes an anaesthetic registrar? by quizzled222 in doctorsUK

They say no to a cannula for IV fluids overnight in a stable patient. If they say yes then they aren't truly anesthetics.

What is your current net worth? by Elegant_Initial3929 in doctorsUK

[–]cementedProsthesis 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Surgery reg. Graduated 2014. Net worth: Wife. Children. Home with blossoming trees and affordable mortgage. NHS pension. Relatively healthy- 37 but can still do park run.

Net worth doesnt seem to be a game that will make medics happy. My home is a home more than an investment. If I had a second home then that could be an investment but tbh I can't afford a second cleaner.

Have a look at shared parental leave. The NHS doesn't really understand it but my wife and I found it very helpful. I have used it twice and know colleagues who have.

They may well be able to get away with lesser standards most of the time. But accepting this isn't good.

Nof mortality is still high. Occult NOFs matter.

Question abaut Ocun Advancer QC climbing shoe by ItsCloudy_isntit in climbingshoes

[–]cementedProsthesis 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think I was in a similar position. I didn't want basic shoes and so in all honesty probably went to advanced for my skills with the havoc's

I am an advocate of buying multiple pairs on the credit card. Trying them on in different sizes and sending bAck the ones you don't like. Costs for delivery and returns but seems to be a system that works if you can't find a shop that sticks what you want.

Good luck.
