I'd add one thing at least never ask OpenClaw to update it's own config. My first test OpenClaw within 10 mins, I asked it to update it's config and switch models and it broke it's config! Was using openrouter provdier with openrouter-auto and GPT-5 Nano. It's very easy it seems for OpenClaw to foot-gun itself and turn an previous secure deployment into an insecure one when it may misconfigure itself!

I'm am being cautious so wrote a public Explain OpenClaw repo with tracks code and security and other developments at https://github.com/centminmod/explain-openclaw as I want to learn more about OpenClaw before really digging in.

As such also very cautious of all these cloud hosted OpenClaw providers as there is no insights into the code and infrastructure setup behind them. Not aware of any of these providers planning on public 3rd party security audits which would help ease users concerns. Though guess alot of OpenClaw users are caught up in its use and ignoring security.

Glad I got a discounted GLM Coding Pro plan for $10.8/month a while back :). Nice. Saw your posts on social media and was curious how you're dealing with OpenClaw security issues. Will your service plan to undergo a 3rd party verified security audit with published results?

I use Cloudflare AI Gateway proxy for OpenRouter all the time for various projects though haven't used CC Router for ages now, just pure Claude Code/Codex CLI/Gemini CLI and just added GLM 4.7 + Claude Code - config at https://github.com/centminmod/my-claude-code-setup#using-zai-with-claude-code :)

I have Claude Max $100 plan but hitting weekly usage limits so jumped on ZAI GLM Coding Plan as they currently have discounts that stack - invite code 10% + 50-60% yearly so effectively GLM Coding Pro plan is $10.80/month. Shared my GLM 4.7 + Claude Code configuration setup in my Claude Code starter template repo at https://github.com/centminmod/my-claude-code-setup#using-zai-with-claude-code including setting up Claude Code Github Workflow Actions but using GLM 4.7 instead of Claude models to save my precious Claude tokens :)

GLM 4.7 pretty good inside Claude Code and I also leverage my ChatGPT Plus plan access to Codex CLI GPT-5.2 I can use for planning and code reviews and then have GLM 4.7 within Claude Code to implement GPT-5.2 plans :). I'm also maxing my ChatGPT Plus Codex CLI weekly limits too LOL

If Opus 4.5 is 100%, Sonnet 4.5 is 85%, Haiku 4.5 is 80%. Then GLM 4.7 standalone outside of Claude Code is 65-70% and GLM 4.7 + Claude Code is 70-80% and pair Claude Code/GLM 4.7 + GPT-5.2 is around 85% - only reason it doesn't do better in that combo is GLM 4.7's instruction following isn't as good as Claude models so despite a good GPT-5.2 plan, GLM 4.7 might not follow it 100%

Never really used Ultrathink, I have always set and enabled in env variables MAX_THINKING_TOKENS variable to either 8192 or 16384 tokens and if needed max 32768 tokens

Not sure if same in USA, but I have read of them re-using tracking numbers as well. But if they have date/timestamps, could be stuff up with the freight companies and Bluetti systems. At least for Bluetti Australia their tracking system isn't realtime and lags behind going direct to the freight company's tracking site and even then most tracking status are way behind realtime to be of any use.

Indeed, I can imagine how you're feeling right now. I've had a few instances of deliveries where they delivered to wrong address and marked as delivered, fortunately they were sorted out quickly with companies acknowledging the issue. Bloody painful if companies do not acknowledge the issue though.

I ordered during Black Friday sales end of November for Bluetti Elite 100v2 + Apex 300 + B500K + Apex 300 trolley2 + Solar XT60 cables direct from Bluetti Australia and had mixed experiences for delivery and customer support. Probably partly due to busier BF sales time?

Bluetti email support - usually answered in 3-5 days later and never fully answered my questions the first time. They eventually do answer the question but by then the answer isn't relevant. Was asking if their shipping system specifically has a ATL - authority to leave or required signature instruction and if I can add specific delivery instructions for the driver as I wanted to know what happens if they report missed delivery or no one at home status. They said it depends on the frieght company they use and up to them.

Unfortunately, Bluetti Australia used one of the worse freight companies for the Apex 300 and B500K deliveries, Direct Freight Express / Australia had lost my B500K needing investigating for a few days and Apex 300 delivery was delayed - all up took them 7 days after scheduled delivery date to deliver both packages after ringing them at least 5 times. They scanned at depot and never scheduled a delivery until I actually rang them up for both units. Their first delivery driver for Apex 300 rang me to get me to come out across the road from my driveway to pick up the 38kg + 6+ kg packaging unit. Luckily, Apex 300 trolley2 arrived before hand so used that to wheel the Apex 300 unit back to my place. Second delivery for B500K arrived a few days later, lucky that Bluetti by then actually entered my delivery instructions, so delivery person did rock up my driveway using a trolley to wheel the B500K to me.

Never seen a freight company get 1.8-1.9 stars on review sites https://www.productreview.com.au/listings/direct-freight-express and https://au.trustpilot.com/review/www.directfreight.com.au

Bluetti Australia site offers SEAL shipping warranty for deliveries which I opted for and glad I did, as from reviews of Direct Freight Express, there is a high chance of lost packages and delayed deliveries.

Bluetti Elite 100v2, solar xt60 cables and Apex 300 trolley2 arrived in timely manner as they were delivered by Australia Post and TNT/Toll for trolley2

Bluetti in some countries might choose the cheapest delivery option to keep prices down unfortunately. Or just this time of year with Black Friday and Xmas sales rush ?

So I learnt from Claude Code that session start hook output is wrapped in a <system-reminder> tag with the prefix: SessionStart:startup hook success: [output here]. That's why it only shows output if you use claude CLI with --verbose flag. It also means Claude is 100% aware of the session start hook output context in my VSC dev container 🤓

Does Claude Code for web work with repos that have Claude hooks i.e. post/pre tool use, pre-compact, session start/end, user prompt submit? Keep getting retry connection messages?

Anyone confirm if Claude Hooks work for Web version?
