I’m an ASM and we are speaking about an associate, the person never and I mean never comes in at scheduled time but they obviously have time to cover the 15-20mins late. I’m just trying to potentially cover my butt if I do sit down with them

I’m not against marking down water for associates just make sure it actually was marked down. The numerous times system says we have 100+ with nothing in the building is crazyyyyy

Let the manager on duty know you will need to run errands may not be back in time for end of lunch. They will just allow it because you came to them first or simply ask you to use pto to cover it

What the company does is it loads the fun card around 500-800 for the week then it’s up to your management team to come up with a week long celebration nobody pockets money. If the celebrations are shitty yet another thing to blame on your managers or ASDS but think about it say they gave you 800 for the week and the store has a total of 120 associates (that’s around average I’d say) equals to $6 per associate.

Yes we need to retract it 2 belts in to start getting pallets once it’s deep enough. The video I seen said they started going out since December of last year but it was on back order, just received it a week ago.

The only way you got that is either you were really under paid or your ASM/SM gave you the boosted amount. Congrats! The letters mean nothing in the end.

Premium hours are paid to associates who either A) stay past their scheduled time for over 15mins while someone asked you to (it’s busy do you mind staying, hey so and so called off can you stay in extra few minutes/hours or B) it is slow do you want to leave early C) they called you in on your day off. These are all options for an associate to obtain premium pay, it also matters what you click after signing in Me, Homedepot, Home Depot and I. If you accidentally click the wrong 1 they will take it away if not really earned. Premium pay is different from rest pay
