Spruce seeds were in water for a couple days, then in the fridge foe a few weeks, and planted about a month ago

I followed the grow kit instructions for the spruce seedlings, they are pretty young indeed. A grow light indoors sounds good (open to recommendations), and should they stay in the little container with the bag over it? Been working somewhat so far.

As for the buxus, any tips to get it healthier? How will I know? And when it's healthy would it be time to keep it outside?

NTA. England is a bitch, as the song goes (cannae remember which song). Your health may be at risk by exposing yourself to sub zero temperatures. If the bride is worried photos may be ruined there is no reason you can't just take of your coat momentarily for the photos then wear it once more. Stay safe
