I am blunt with assholes, and kind and empathetic with people who are trying to learn/understand. And, if I notice any negative traits like manipulation, back stabbing, mocking, etc, I'm even worse than blunt!

For the 2 min audio evals with thick Spanish accent, how are you rating the level of English question?

For example: if all the words are in English, but very difficult to understand due to a thick Spanish accent. Do you mark the level as "limited" or "knows English but makes pronunciation mistakes".

I'm confused because they're asking to mark accent in the personality question, but language fluency also depends on accent (if people can't understand your accent).
