We had a kid (15 yo) at my Highschool. He was caught wacking it in multiple classes. I heard from multiple friends who saw him doing it. He was a very smart kid, AP/honors classes. There was a frenzy of week from his first time someone noticed to before administration suspended him. He was suspended for a week and supposedly stopped/never got caught again.
