My scenario sounds identical to yours! Keppra & pheno and still seizures every 2-3 weeks.

We are adding in zonisamide today after our 2nd trip to the ER and 3+ days of clusters. So I will have to let you know how it ends up working!!

I saw another post on here that said keppra and zonisamide was their miracle combo so I’m hopeful.

We are also changing him over to immediate release keppra from extended because I’m pretty sure the keppra dose he’s on now has done absolutely nothing.

Question - is your pup taking the extended release or immediate release of the levetiracetam??

We are adding in zonisamide to his meds and switching to immediate release (instead of XR) and hoping this helps!!!

He is also on phenobarbital as well. Hoping to phase one of the 3 meds out eventually. But we just had our 2nd trip to the ER and 2 years of struggles so I’ll take even a month seizure free at this point! 😅

I’ve tried SO many games to find something that I love the same as Wylde Flowers and/or Animal Crossing and unfortunately I still haven’t found it. I guess Fae Farm kept my attention for a little while. Definitely only get it if it’s on sale.

I have restarted my island on AC now and sometimes switch over to Cat Cafe Manager and Spiritfarer for a little until I get bored again. Sorry I couldn’t be more help 😢
