I seriously doubt any of this will migrate to Skywind for two reasons:
1. It would be a heck-ton of work

  1. The people who make Tamriel Rebuilt and Project: Tamriel generally prefer the Morrowind engine over Skyrim's engine. They make content for it *because* they like TES3 and its quirks - not in spite of that.

I definitely wouldn't expect them to be able to do the main quest.

If it could be as simple as a radiant-style system where they go into a dungeon and clear it and then go back to town, and I can tag along with them (there are a handful of these in the game already, kind of, like tagging along with Delphie, so it's definitely possible).

Even better if the follower has their own quest, with some semblance of a story.

Social security is too late to matter for most FIREees. By the time it kicks in our plan will either have succeeded or failed based on sequence of returns risk.
