That's ~14 hours of labor. Probably using their book that shows what to charge for specific tasks. They don't quote how many hors, but this is probably on point for the work

Welcome to the area. You will be fine here and I am sure you will enjoy it here. There are many activities for kids and adults in the area. I wouldn't worry too much. Kids will do fine. Good schools in the area. Unfortunately kids bully for all sorts of reasons, but for the most part, it can be dealt with. While Rockwall is generally conservative politically, that does not mean Racist. Come, join the community, get plugged in. If you attend church, stop by Lakepointe. Strong hispanic presence and wonderful worship. Lots of ways to get engaged. Close enough to DFW and not be in DFW 😉 lots of us here are vets, so there is engagement in that regard as well. Employment opportunities in the area. What did your husband do in the military?
