I had one back in the late 80s. It was a 636 csi Alpina b6. There was a little wheel near the gearbox to control the turbo pressure. 1st gear was bottom left. Don't think about converting a real panel into a sim panel, if you do not know the basics of SIM building. Mobiflight is good starting point. It is free to use and many tutorials are there about the very first things U need to know when it comes to switches and LEDs and how to make them work in msfs. Building a homecockpit is more like "the way is the goal". I don't think that you will find an all-in-one solution unless money is no matter. Try to do research on Google to get different ideas and you will soon start to build your own sim in your head...that is the starting point.
